Because students’ sense of value are most effectively developed when they are attending school, it is worthwhile to pay attention to students’ on-campus interactions with people. Teachers not only deliver knowledge to students, but also help shape their thoughts as a coach of life. Students can be willing to receive such guidance when they truly trust their teachers. So, it is essential to build trust between teachers and students.

Firstly, suppose there is a teacher who is unwilling to believe students’ potential of improvement. Although he/she may be excellent at teaching skills, he/she can find it hard to reach the students because of distrust. As doubt of generating improvements grows, he/she may not only feel disappointed but also lose trust from students.
